Skillspark AB is searching for a seasoned Data Scientist with over five years of experience to join its client on a short-term contractual basis. This role exists to execute analyses and drive informed decision-making for IAM products, as part of a cross-functional team aiming to enhance the user experience.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses on extensive datasets to gather actionable insights regarding user experience.
• Define success metrics and propose measurement strategies for product impact evaluation.
• Lead and perform A/B testing across different platforms.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Participate actively in the broader data science community of the client.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience as a Data Scientist with SQL, Python, or R proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with engineers in product development.
• Strong skills in A/B testing design and analysis.
• Expertise in linear and logistic regression, significance testing, and statistical modeling.
• Dashboard creation with tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
