In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct in-platform quality assurance audits to ensure data integrity.
• Proactively engage in audience testing to address potential issues.
• Manage incident handling by troubleshooting and resolving concerns.
• Oversee CDP configurations, approval flows, and governance compliance.
• Provide first-line support to regional and central teams.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to optimize data pipelines.
• Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency in data governance.

This role requires you to have:

• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with GCP BigQuery.
• Understanding of CDP integration with business processes.
• Deep understanding of GDPR and RBAC management.
• Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with CDP Solutions like Hightouch, Mparticle, Segment, ActionIQ.

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with an immediate start. A six-month probationary period applies. Candidates must reside in Sweden at the time of application.
