In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build and analyze A/B tests for product optimization.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support product teams in planning and optimizing features.
• Evaluate customer journeys to enhance product experience.
• Guide engineering to track product changes effectively.
• Ensure all product decisions positively impact financial sustainability, user acquisition, retention, and margins.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-4 years of experience in data and insights roles.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills in English.
