• Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics.
• High degree of autonomy and independent work capability.
• Strong analytical skills including statistical methods.
• Proficiency with data extraction tools.
• Experience with BI tools like QlikSense or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills.
