In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish and define core metrics for player engagement and monetization.
• Collaborate with development teams to create metrics for gameplay experiences.
• Implement a comprehensive data pipeline including analysis and reporting tools.
• Evaluate and enhance data quality to support team operations.
• Ensure team stakeholders have access to and utilize insights for decision-making.
• Continuously refine player understanding through questioning and adaptation of data pipelines.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with engagement metrics like MAU/DAU/CCU, churn rate.
• Experience with monetization metrics such as ARPU/ARPPU.
• Understanding gameplay metrics related to player choices and churn.
• Strong foundation in mathematical and statistical concepts.
• Proficiency in data pipelines and presentation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
