Collaborating closely with the Florist Relations Management team, the role aims to devise strategic initiatives impacting various facets of fulfillment and performance within the network.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and present ad-hoc and regular reports to support florist channel operations.
• Create new KPIs, reports, and dashboards to identify business opportunities.
• Resolve data discrepancies by understanding various data sources.
• Maintain reporting database and platform, ensuring timely report distribution.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics areas.
• Conduct and present weekly to yearly business reviews and analyses.
