They are looking for a Reporting and Data Analyst to provide insightful analysis and process automation. This role is crucial for delivering technical and analytical capabilities to improve efficiencies and support strategic decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build and maintain accounting dashboards and tools for monthly and quarterly financial results.
• Conduct variance analysis and develop actionable insights for decision-making.
• Create customized dashboards and reports for financial visualization.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation for accurate reporting.
• Manage large datasets and develop data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to identify improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting for accounting.
• Proficiency with Python for data processing.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, VBA, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
