In their Client Services team, they design localized solutions for school districts, enabling system improvements through data-driven insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Improve client-facing performance dashboards and transform products into scalable solutions.
- Conduct complete analysis projects and collaborate on timelines and resources.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to optimize transportation operations.
- Develop Python scripts for process automation and data analysis.
- Write SQL queries for data maintenance across sources.
- Design self-service optimization tools using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Present findings to clients clearly and concisely.
- Communicate analysis findings through written reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client needs into actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve company code documentation and data governance policies.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working with APIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Two years of analytic experience in a relevant field
