The role requires development and deployment of data-driven tools and reports that support various business functions. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its 17 million members across 21 states, fostering an inclusive culture.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop SQL scripts for Tableau reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify trends, root causes, and provide solutions.
• Design and deploy KPIs to track service quality and performance goals.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate progress.
• Implement new methods for automated processes in the Claims department.
