In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead detailed analysis for innovative recommendations to achieve growth and profitability.
• Assess market risks and opportunities using data-driven insights to guide executive decisions.
• Utilize tools such as SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Communicate performance and strategy for personal lines auto and property products.
• Quantify catastrophe risks and identify risk management strategies.
• Build and explain annual revenue plans and variances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and processes.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders, adapting content appropriately.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts.
• Occasionally travel up to 10% for partner meetings.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytical or product roles in insurance.
• Proficient in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Project management experience with a record of initiative.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
