In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze key performance metrics to enhance business effectiveness.
  • Develop performance frameworks with management teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data analysis.
  • Support cross-functional teams by interpreting and improving data.
  • Produce and manage department reports, including ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage data quality, liaising with technology for database maintenance.
  • Evaluate engagement programs and measure outcomes.
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose business solutions.
