In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Process large HR data uploads, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
- Resolve intricate data issues within Workday, including record reconstruction.
- Support various stakeholders, validating and correcting data entries in Workday.
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues, working cross-departmentally on solutions.
- Identify process gaps and update documentation to enhance data maintenance procedures.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree.
- Experience with Cloud-based HR Systems, particularly Workday.
