• Develop data reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Work with IT and development teams for accurate data collection and analysis.
• Evaluate data-driven solutions and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide training on data analysis tools and processes.
• Support cybersecurity posture by following company policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst in the healthcare software industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Master's degree in Data Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with project management methodologies and PMP certification.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and Lucidchart.
