In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Dagster/Kubernetes-based data platform for scalability and reliability.
• Lead the migration of data jobs from Spark/EMR to modern infrastructure.
• Develop data pipelines with Trino, Postgres, and AWS S3 for high-volume data ingestion.
• Optimize and monitor data workflows, identifying and solving performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with data quality and security standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to design data processing solutions that meet business needs.
• Integrate machine learning models into applications and communicate with stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in data engineering
• Proficiency in ETL pipeline development, Apache Spark, and data warehousing
• Expertise in Dagster, Kubernetes, and Python for data processing
