In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HCM data migration team to understand data conversion processes.
• Analyze and validate employee data extracted from the PeopleSoft HCM system.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing values, and data errors during conversion.
• Develop strategies to clean data before loading into Oracle HCM.
• Utilize data validation tools to verify quality across various data areas.
• Work with HR and payroll teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Document validation procedures and findings.
• Ensure migrated HCM data functions correctly within Oracle HCM.
