The role involves creating dynamic software to simulate ocean physics, particularly sound propagation underwater. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop software applications tailored to customer specifications and user needs.
• Maintain and support existing software solutions and services.
• Implement, integrate, and document software systems and subsystems.
• Participate in software testing, installation, and integration initiatives.
• Complete technical projects both independently and collaboratively.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with engineering teams, management, and customers.

This role requires you to have:

• Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of experience or a PhD in a related field
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++
• Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Applied Math, or Computer Science
