In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead development of machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Contribute to data science strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with various engineering and product teams to integrate solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists to foster team innovation.
- Oversee data pipeline and curation processes.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Produce reports and visualizations to convey insights.
- Stay updated on data science advancements and apply improvements.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or statistics.
- 5+ years of data science experience.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong machine learning knowledge.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
You would benefit from having:
- Master’s degree related to data science.
- Life sciences or clinical research experience.
- Proficiency in Spark and machine learning frameworks like Pytorch, TensorFlow.
- Hands-on AWS experience.
