The successful candidate will join a dedicated Data and Analytics team, playing a critical role in enhancing user engagement and patient experience through data-driven experimentation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and manage A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize product features.
• Analyze experiment data to derive insights for product development decisions.
• Maintain experiment cycles, including setup, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate data-driven insights.
• Troubleshoot and ensure data integrity in experimental setups.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 1+ year experience with A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Basic understanding of HTML.

• Familiarity with Tableau.
