In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines within the AWS and Databricks environments.
- Utilize AWS Glue, Databricks, S3, EMR, Step Functions, and CloudFormation.
- Create and troubleshoot PySpark scripts and SQL queries.
- Employ source control and development lifecycle best practices.
- Ensure pipeline and architecture quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Automate data and analytics systems to support machine learning and BI.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud ELT/ETL development.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Experience with AWS services such as Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions.
- Familiarity with relational data models and RDBMSs.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts on AWS.
You would benefit from having:
- Knowledge of columnar data formats like parquet.
- Understanding of AWS CloudFormation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Advanced expertise with Databricks and Unity catalog for BI.
