In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze product efficacy and performance data to refine marketing claims.
• Utilize statistical models to assess product impact on customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer data to identify churn patterns and retention strategies.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through customer behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with insight and product management teams to study market trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools for decision-making.
• Develop ad-hoc reports to support business decisions.
• Serve as an expert in data analysis for the marketing department.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Power BI.
• Experience with CRM systems and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
