In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and key metrics to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ensure the accuracy of large datasets through effective data collection, cleaning, and structuring.
• Define and monitor KPIs for various business aspects.
• Use SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver data-informed insights.
• Perform A/B testing to enhance product features and user engagement.
• Pinpoint issues and opportunities in user journeys.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership clearly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Python or R.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with user analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience handling large datasets and cloud-based warehouses.
• Problem-solving skills and communication abilities for non-technical stakeholders.
