In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Benchmark functionalities by evaluating competitor products and propose creative solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance features using data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate new functionalities and boost user engagement.
• Provide insights to guide product roadmap decisions.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in user flows and performance.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
