Located in Honolulu, Hawaii, Poʻe Hana Group, Inc. provides HR and administrative services. The Data Analyst position, entrusted with enhancing data integrity, plays a crucial role in supporting these services.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of imported data and collaborate with quality assurance analysts.
• Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources and security.
• Assist in developing reports and conducting analyses.
• Support data integrity initiatives and data warehouse reporting requirements.
• Generate reports from multiple systems and troubleshoot database and reports issues.
• Evaluate updates to source systems and assist with software and system decisions.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Provide expertise in data storage, mining, and cleansing.
• First point of contact for customer inquiries about products or services.

• Translate business requirements into nontechnical terms
• Rich experience with methodologies for managing large-scale databases
