In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Acquire and analyze data from various carrier/vendor portals and clients.
• Store data accurately and assist in developing new storage solutions.
• Conduct data analytics for experience reports and renewals.
• Use visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to present trends.
• Support business development with data insights.
• Mentor less-experienced analytics team members.
• Pursue continuous professional development.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in employee benefits.
• Understanding of healthcare funding and carrier/TPA portals.
• Experience with healthcare plan renewals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced in Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
