In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketplace business leaders to gather requirements and build relationships.
• Address ad hoc reporting and analytics requests while focusing on stakeholder goals.
• Create reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources for insights using scalable techniques.
• Identify trends and insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Develop scalable data analytics solutions to address business issues.
• Provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specifications.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for key performance metrics.
• Ensure accuracy and security in reporting activities.
• Evaluate systems for efficiency and maintain data protocols.
• Document data analysis and reporting processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in Tableau with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in business operations or customer analytics.
• Data science experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Expert understanding of data modeling and analytics use cases.
• Proficiency in SQL and core statistical concepts.
