• Convert business challenges into effective solutions while fostering team best practices.
• Maintain client and internal relationship management to support operations.
• Act as an escalation contact for functional engagement issues.
• Mentor Business System Analysts in requirements management and analysis.
• Refine procedures by assessing task completion and outcomes.

This role requires you to have:

• Deep understanding of role and skills in requirements documentation.
• Experience in Absence & Disability, HR Industry, Benefit Programs, or Health Insurance Technology.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Notepad++, or similar tools.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience as a business analyst or in leave of absence management.
• IIBA CCBA and/or CBAP credentials.
