Alliance for Cooperativ is looking for a dedicated Data Analyst in Carmel, IN, to support Portfolio Analytics and Modeling teams. The role involves developing prediction models, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across departments. The team prioritizes high-quality data processes to support strategic objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and optimization of prediction models with thorough documentation and performance tracking.
• Perform data validation to identify discrepancies and ensure seamless model iteration transitions.
• Collaborate with the Fundamentals team to support data preparation and analysis for long-term forecasting models.
• Develop systems for non-standardized model workflows to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor and refine predictive model dashboards and business processes to enhance performance reporting.
• Update and enforce data standards while monitoring data lifecycle health.
• Review data accuracy regularly and perform ad-hoc data retrieval and analysis.
• Interact and present to front office, members, and customers, both in writing and verbally.
• Comply with ACES corporate and regulatory policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
• Experience in R, Python, or SQL
• Familiarity with data analysis and SQL development
• Knowledge of database and data engineering structures like ETL, ELT, and APIs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
