In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze benchmark reports using the C2M Portfolio tool.
• Evaluate and interpret financial statements and data for accuracy.
• Train new hires in the C2M analytic process.
• Identify process improvements for plan design modeling.
• Present C2M's benefits to prospective clients and markets.
• Generate reports using internal and external Risk Management Information Systems.
• Communicate with clients for data collection necessary for financial analysis.
• Assist in managing Subcontractor Default Insurance programs.
• Support Account Executives with data analysis and aggregation projects.
• Assist in improving system processes and building electronic platforms.
• Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of related work experience.
• Minimum two years of financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data integration and transformation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data formulas.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Capability in executing complex mathematical calculations.
