In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and support incentive compensation plans and processes
  • Administer and execute incentive compensation plans, including target setting, payment calculation, and reporting
  • Design and implement data transformation models using SQL, SAS, DBT, and Snowflake
  • Develop KPI dashboards, incentive payment calculations, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain procedural documentation and controls to ensure policy compliance and payment accuracy
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and ad hoc analytics on incentive compensation plans, driving recommendations for improvement

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, DBT, SAS, Snow SQL, and Python
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Snowflake
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix environment

You would benefit from having:
