In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve reported product issues promptly.
• Analyze feedback to identify quality trends and potential risks.
• Prepare regular reports on product quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to solve quality issues.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to product quality and safety.
• Investigate product quality problems to determine root causes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide process improvement recommendations.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience in product quality or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
