Aloden Inc seeks a Certification Data Analyst to enhance Medicaid Enterprise System projects by leading the development of outcome metrics and operational reporting. The role focuses on collaborating with various teams and CMS to meet MMIS/CMS certification process requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze data for accuracy and quality.
• Develop and maintain outcome statements and metrics for MES projects.
• Create data visualizations like charts and dashboards for reporting.
• Support CMS certification activities, including attending reviews.
• Maintain Operational Workbook Report timelines.
• Collaborate to update state-specific outcome statements.
• Assist in drafting Advanced Planning Documents.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years with CMS Medicaid Enterprise Systems and federal regulations.
• 3+ years of MMIS / CMS certification experience.
• 5+ years in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, MITA Pulse, or other tracking tools.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with claims processing and federal healthcare programs.
