The Product Analyst, RTP is a key position focused on enhancing the company’s mountain systems with expertise in ski industry products, supporting cross-functional development, and collaborating across Alterra destinations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop a standardized mountain system product catalog for RTP, covering lift tickets, rentals, and ski & ride school.
• Support e-commerce and lodging bundle integrations in the product catalog.
• Facilitate product and data governance for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with product and data standards.
• Draft and document product setup, configuration, and data flows for RTP.
• Contribute to product catalog standards training materials and rollout campaigns.
• Engage in the development and implementation of a product governance framework.
• Support destinations in adopting new product configuration standards.
• Incorporate feedback from destinations into product development.
• Troubleshoot issues during the implementation of new product catalogs.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with RTP as a product configurator.
• Ability to gather requirements and support product and technical teams.
• Experience in executing testing to validate new product configurations.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and their integration with RTP.
• SQL proficiency and Power BI capabilities for data querying and interpretation.
