This role is pivotal in developing reports and analysis related to workforce data, which will directly influence business strategies. The successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive investment decisions, leveraging data-driven insights.

• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analyses on labor metrics.
• Adapt and improve reports based on stakeholder input.
