As a Data Engineer, you will join a highly innovative organization focused on enhancing engagement and assistance for AWS customers, playing a crucial role in crafting strategic data solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the current data architecture and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Work with Business Analysts to test and validate hypotheses aimed at improving AWS Support.
• Continually refine reporting and analysis processes to streamline customer self-service support.
• Stay updated on big data technologies and pilot new data architectures to accommodate expanding data sets.

This role requires you to have:

• Data engineering experience over at least 1 year
• Proficiency in data modeling and building ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with query languages such as SQL, HiveQL, or SparkSQL
• Experience in scripting languages like Python or KornShell
