In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to curate datasets for analytical products.
- Manage and secure Redshift resources with an emphasis on performance and design.
- Coordinate onboarding of HR datasets from partner teams and manage data migrations.
- Develop innovative data pipelining strategies with proprietary and third-party solutions.
- Implement security protocols for confidential data.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Proficiency with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda
