In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to curate datasets for analytical products.
• Manage and secure Redshift resources with an emphasis on performance and design.
• Coordinate onboarding of HR datasets from partner teams and manage data migrations.
• Develop innovative data pipelining strategies with proprietary and third-party solutions.
• Implement security protocols for confidential data.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• Proficiency with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda
• Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
