In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining data collection processes and management systems
• Ensuring data integrity with a 0% error rate
• Designing queries and generating reports in MS Access and Excel
• Creating charts and graphs for data reporting
• Conducting in-depth research on defect trends
• Performing data collection, entry, mining, and problem solving
