In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop metrics and analytics focusing on TFS processes, maintenance, and safety.
• Gain knowledge of analytics platforms like Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
• Understand NERC reliability standards related to TFS operations.
• Work independently or with TFS experts to ensure accurate data analytics.
• Present data insights to TFS leadership using storytelling techniques.
• Communicate data trends to support strategic initiatives.
• Recommend procedural improvements for data integrity.
• Produce analytics supporting rehabilitation and defect reduction programs.
• Become familiar with TFS management across regions.
