In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support execution of high priority revenue growth strategies
- Analyze customer sentiment and provide insights for product improvements
- Manage issue resolution as needed
- Project management for critical workstreams
- Support management and development of product performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve joint business goals
