The U.S. Consumer Services Team handles consumer products, services, and marketing in the U.S. Resy, a part of this team, connects top restaurants with elite customers through an advanced SaaS platform. The Marketing Data Analyst will support marketing strategies through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collect and preprocess marketing data to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify trends and customer segments with conversion potential.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Act as a reporting tool expert for the Resy marketing team.
  • Analyze customer intent using diverse data sources.
  • Collaborate with various teams to forecast campaign performance.
  • Communicate data findings and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Optimize reporting for all marketing channels.
  • Develop innovative data solutions for marketing at Resy.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Understanding of various digital marketing channels
  • Knowledge of different attribution models
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities

You would benefit from having:

  • Prior experience as a data or marketing analyst
  • Experience with marketing analytics tooling
  • Familiarity with funnel analysis and customer journey mapping
  • Experience with segmentation techniques
  • Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or marketing analytics
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle stages
