In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure all in-market programs operate effectively to meet customer needs.
• Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders and analyze market trends.
• Develop and manage operational procedures and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve program issues.
• Act as a change leader and contribute to future product and procedure development.
• Oversee financial success of assigned programs in collaboration with the Financial Analyst.

This role requires you to have:

• BA/BS in Engineering, Marketing, Market Research, Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer technology and solutions.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Program and project management experience.
• Excellent analysis and big-picture thinking abilities.
