Sr. HR Data Analyst

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst to support HR data needs across various business units. This role involves managing manpower forecasts, analyzing HR metrics, and supporting diversity reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead creation and analysis of manpower forecasts and headcount reconciliation.
• Coordinate with department heads for budget planning.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and resolve issues within the Business Unit.
• Generate and analyze reports to support staffing trend forecasts.
• Develop and maintain departmental organization charts.
• Manage HR data, ensuring accuracy for reporting and compliance.
• Aid in the preparation of diversity and governmental reports.
• Enhance department associate engagement.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with HR data or systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
