• Identify and resolve process compliance gaps in CRM systems.
• Conduct regular data quality reviews for consistent customer data reporting.
• Make necessary account and transactional changes in SAP systems.
• Collaborate with CRM Manager for task coordination and support.
• Communicate with operational teams to address account inquiries.
• Provide management with insights on data trends for process improvements.
• Engage in special projects to analyze customer requests and related issues.
