In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytics to identify fraudulent trends in new accounts.
  • Inform strategy and policy using analytics findings.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps to enhance data infrastructure.
  • Develop fraud detection models for various fraud types.
  • Monitor analytics to trigger necessary interventions.
  • Integrate third-party data to refine fraud models.
  • Maintain effectiveness of fraud models amid evolving threats.
  • Support dashboard development for performance indicators.
  • Perform fraud risk assessments to devise risk mitigation plans.
  • Create a response plan for fraud events and team readiness.

    • US Citizenship with Public Trust eligibility
    • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience
    • Fraud/Identity operations experience
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, SQL, Python, and Tableau
    • Knowledge of database systems and architecture
