They are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Cable Backplane Systems team in Etters, PA. This role is pivotal for supporting data-driven business decisions and optimizing factory operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and clean data from various sources ensuring its accuracy.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and identify patterns and trends.
• Create reports and visualizations for stakeholders including executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data insights.
• Design and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate business decision effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for effective collaboration.
• Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes for efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics and visualization.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
