The Clinical Data Analyst will support these efforts by developing data-driven reporting solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify gaps and report utilities.
• Gather and review data from various sources to create dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide data quality analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• Support value-based care leaders through consultative analysis.
• Facilitate clinic-based improvement projects using dashboards and reports.
• Interpret data to assist colleagues with clinical performance queries.
• Collaborate with operations and medical program directors.
• Review user needs for clinical databases.
• Attend meetings to determine project scope and limitations.
• Enhance existing reports to meet user needs.
• Develop data models and execute custom T-SQL queries.
• Plan system operations and design data collection tools.
• Respond to leadership requests for performance analysis and reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with SQL
• Experience in data analysis and visualization
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication skills
