The Clinical Data Analyst will support these efforts by developing data-driven reporting solutions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify gaps and report utilities.
- Gather and review data from various sources to create dashboards and KPIs.
- Provide data quality analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
- Support value-based care leaders through consultative analysis.
- Facilitate clinic-based improvement projects using dashboards and reports.
- Interpret data to assist colleagues with clinical performance queries.
- Collaborate with operations and medical program directors.
- Review user needs for clinical databases.
- Attend meetings to determine project scope and limitations.
- Enhance existing reports to meet user needs.
- Develop data models and execute custom T-SQL queries.
- Plan system operations and design data collection tools.
- Respond to leadership requests for performance analysis and reporting.

This role requires you to have:
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with EMR systems, particularly ESO and Epic
- Strong computer skills
