In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of language models (LLMs).
• Analyze user data and telemetry for patterns and actionable insights.
• Work with product and engineering teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for model analysis and evaluation.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments using statistical methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven product development.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, focusing on NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Expertise in NLP evaluation and statistical methods for A/B testing.
• Experience with user data analytics for actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences.
