Sr Analyst, Reinsurance Product Growth Strategy

Aon, committed to enabling better decisions, is seeking a Sr Analyst for the Reinsurance Product Growth Strategy team. The role is designed to work on accelerating both new and existing product initiatives within the Product Growth Team. Reporting to the Global Product Growth Director, this position collaborates with various leaders to develop strategies and growth plans.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Growth leaders to devise strategic growth plans and market assessments.
• Support creation of business plans and investment cases for leadership approval.
• Assist Product client leaders with client activation strategies and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with Marketing leadership on developing marketing strategies and content.
• Facilitate execution of the Global Product operating model and support strategy offsites.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years’ experience in Finance, Strategy, or (Re)Insurance sector.
• Project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for detailed reporting.
