In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze large sets of shipment tracking data to detect abnormal patterns.
• Develop models to identify package tracking irregularities.
• Investigate root causes of issues within business procedures.
• Propose solutions like new systems and procedures.
• Present analytical findings to decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement changes and confirm their effectiveness with managers.
• Participate in standups and technical discussions.
