Apollo Technology Solutions LLC offers an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer/Analyst to join their team in Harrisburg. This role, positioned within the Metrics and Analytics Section, supports the Office of Long Term Living's data-driven initiatives. The candidate will engage in data collection and validation, while also designing standard operating procedures to enhance the effectiveness of data management and reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Document requirements for diagnosis level reporting
• Enhance data reporting using quality standards
• Define functional architecture and infrastructure using LEAN principles
• Oversee and track data requests with existing data governance structures
• Design SOPs and process flow diagrams for cross-training
• Perform data analysis and create charts and graphs
• Support Program Development and Innovation section with special studies
• Develop innovative data usage for program outcomes through predictive analytics
• Collaborate with program and policy staff
• Assist in performance monitoring of OLTL's programs
• Develop data dashboards and visualizations
• Maintain project documentation and work plans
• Create executive level reports and presentations
• Provide project support as assigned by management
• Attend assigned meetings

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Data collection, preparation, validation and distribution
• Applied data analytical skills
• Data extraction from various sources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in SQL
• Executive level presentation skills
• Team leadership
