In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct performance and training needs analysis for diverse learners and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop strategic insights.
• Collaborate with Maps Operations and database management teams to meet critical success factors.
• Produce and critique dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Support the knowledge management framework by monitoring reports and survey feedback.
• Identify trends and share data-driven insights to optimize learning and business performance.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience with SQL for query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for sentiment analysis and integration with Tableau.
• Experience with Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
• Data migration skills using Snowflake and Hive automation for maintaining data integrity.
